Rental Policies

Renting

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent.
• You must sign a Rental Agreement to rent a boat.


• The renter must bring their Driver's License for identification.
• The renter must bring their card that they used to pay for their reservation.


• There is only 1 renter. The person who makes the reservation is the renter.
  We do not split payments. You cannot pay or sign under another persons name! This included spouses.


• A $500 damage deposit is held on The Renter's credit/debit card prior to operating our boats.
• Your damage deposit is automatically released if you have no further pending charges.


• We typically launch all of our boats at the 3rd Street public boat launch in downtown Coeur d'Alene.
• We deliver to other lakes; please call for details.

PWCs

• Anyone operating a jet ski must watch a pwc-saftey video before operating our PWCs.
• You must watch this video online.

Reservations

• A non-refundable reservation deposit is required for reserving our equipment.
• The reservation deposit is 100% of the cost of your rental.
• After your reservation deposit has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by cell phone text.
• If it is raining on your rental day we will try to reschedule your rental. During high wind conditions(16mph or more), we will reschedule your rental for saftey reasons. If a reschedule does not work for you during these conditions, we are happy to refund your reservation deposit.

Same-Day Rentals

• If you do not have a reservation, that's ok! We welcome spontaneous customers!
• Please remember that our scheduled customers have priority.

Payment

• We Accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
• We Do Not Accept Prepaid Cards.
• Prices online do not include a 6% Idaho sales tax.
• We do not accept Cash or Checks for damage deposits.

Be On Time

• Be at the docks at your scheduled times.
• For launching, inspections and signing rentals agreements, be at the docks at least 30 minutes before your rental period begins. If you are late, we do not guarantee you your full rental period.
• Remember, you are paying for a specific time slot on the boat and there may be other renters after you.
• Bring your boats back on time. We charge $50 for every 15 mins you are late.

Keep Your Boats Clean

• There are other renters after you so keep your boats clean.
• There is a $100 per hour cleaning fee for excessively dirty boats.

Do Not Run Out Of Fuel On The Lake

• If you run out of fuel on the lake, you may have to call marine assist and they charge a lot of money for their time.
• You are not required to refuel at the end of your rental. We will do it at the gas station and charge your card that amount.
• Do not run out of fuel on the lake.
